TERMS & CONDITIONS OF VT SOLUTIONS' MOBILE TECH SUPPORT SERVICES:
VT Solutions' Mobile Tech Support Services is available for residential customers only in Fiji.
This special promotion deal is available only from June 1, 2020 to June 31, 2020.
We provide free pick-up and drop-off services in the following areas only: SUVA - between Wailekutu and Nausori Town; NADI - between Nadi Town entrance and Nadi International Airport. If you live outside of a 2km radius of these areas, you can either drop your item off at 20 Grantham Rd, Suva or 24 Cawa Rd, Nadi or opt for our paid pick-up & delivery service. This fee is based on the distance of your home from our nearest office.
Our Mobile Tech Support service fee is non-refundable and includes inspection, diagnosis and repair works only. It is does not include data retrieval or additional components or parts. If data retrieval or additional components are required, we will inform you of any additional cost and seek your consent first before we proceed with works. If you do not agree to pay for any additional costs, we will return your equipment to you at no delivery cost.
We will send your invoice to the email provided above - if there is a change, you agree to inform us of the new email address immediately.
We do not accept any cash payments for our services. You agree to make debit or credit payments directly to the bank account stated on our invoice.
We will return your repaired item or continue with any additional works only after receiving payment into our designated bank account.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you agree to inform us immediately by phone or email on helpdesk@vt-solutions.com.
